Highly Unlikely!: Hypotension drives dizziness, slowness of mental function, etc; dyspnea (shortness of breath) very unlikely. Dyspnea typically a result of exercise, anxiety &/or increased congestion in lungs, as perceived in brain. See doctor: If your shortness of breath is truly from anemia then that means your blood level is pretty low, and you should be evaluated by a doctor and you might need a blood transfusion.
