It is possible: she has developed a lactose intolerance. Avoidance...: Symptoms may be related to lactose intolerance or gallbladder problems. I suggest either trying a lactaid supplement with breakfast or avoiding dairy altogether to see if symptoms improve. Secondly, i'd try eliminating heavy fatty food to see what impact that may have.
