Worthless junk: This is a mix of allantoin (the major component of bird droppings), onion, and heparin. Acne marks fade only with time. A depigmenting agent may remove the brown but you're more likely just to make a mess. Nothing you can do on your own helps the scars. I'm sorry you ended up like this.
