Wasn't sure what you: Meant by low counts, but i would not leap from low blood count to ovarian ca. Ovarian ca does not tend to metastasize to bone marrow, where blood cells are made. Contralateral ovary, fallopian tubes, peritoneum, liver, lungs, bone and brain are the most common sites. I think the more intriguing question is why you are making the connection?
