Absolutely: food and air can get stuck going down esophagus, and cause a severe chest pain that is relieved by burping or swallowing something. I think: "yelling or speaking fast/loud" could precipitate throat irritation and a cough; there's nothing about that that would suggest acid reflux. However, the second set of symptoms...chest pain and "weird stomach burn" could definitely be related to reflux.
