In addition, lack of vit d in our diets or poor absorption of vitamin d. Foods normally don't have much vitamin d but some foods that our high in vit d include wild salmon, mackerel, eggs, liver.
Not cause, but....: It's a really important deficiency to correct as well and soon as possible. Here are links to depression reported and even to thought disorders, but all mental symptoms can overlap and if anxiety is a tendency for you, a D deficiency might contribute to you feel that way.
