Please call your OB: Any ?S now should be directed to your OB u may be trying to go into early labor, leg cramps can happen for many reasons without labor, my advice to u is do not go past your due date, easy to induce , 99% of my pts want to be induced by their due date at the latest ideal time to deliver is 39-40 weeks, and indcution in my hands has prevented many potential c-sections. ...Read more

Maybe early labor : Your complaints sound like early labor. They may get greater or they may subside. Call your doctor if the contractions are every 5 minutes, if you start leaking fluid, you have bleeding, or have decreased fetal movement. ...Read more

Yes: It is very common to develop back pain during pregnancy or from delivery of baby. If it doesn't resolve, i would consider MRI evaluation after delivery to see what can be done to relieve the pain. Most times after delivery the extra weight and compression on the spine is reduced enough that the pain goes away. ...Read more
