I would consider: Getting on probiotics for the stool. Insomnia is a wide subject. Is it recent? Are you having crying spells or excessive persistent sadness and guilt. Possible: There are many things that can affect the menstrual cycle, as you know. However, i would think that the kidney infection would need to be rather significant accompanied by fever, chills, body aches. In other words, significant enough that it would affect hormonal and other bodily function.
