You may wish to just watch and wait, as it does not appear to be a pressing issue. Try using cold or warm compress and see if either one helps. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
