I have no insurance and am sick and missing work, I am required to bring in a doctor's note. I have tried to get in at a free clinic no luck. Thanks.
Keep at it: What do you mean no luck? If there is a waiting list, get on it and be seen. Every state has low-fee/free community health centers. Search online. May need to see: Psychiatrist for this note if it's a bonafide phobia of yours. It would appear more credible, and verifiable. There's very few professions that you'd be exposed to spiders in reality, since they aren't often seen unless you are in the extermination business. Is it possible to be resistant to the "caine" pain medications. I can not get the doctors to believe that these don't work on me?
