Management: Being an emetophobe = anxiety around types of eating. So, in a sense, they are right. It's odd that you know this about yourself and yet you ate a lot. That may be a thing to avoid. Moderation is always good and for you, really good! I hope you've had a good GI eval and ruled out physical problems. If not, do. Consider CBT esp w/ an eating disorder expert to manage eating anxiety issues. Best! ...Read more
