Probably not: Anafranil (clomipramine) does carry cardiac risk. It can prolong the QT interval putting one at risk of dangerous heart rhythms. A recent heart attack&AV BLOCK are known listed contraindications to using it. Common cardiac side effects are tachycardia, less common side effects include arrhythmias.
