You should make sure your eyes are examined to rule out ocular causes (corneal, dry eye, inflammatory, glaucoma, refractive). Low wbc.: Hypothyroidism does not lower your white blood cell count, but does cause fatigue. A low white blood cell count may represent infection, allergy, or bone marrow suppression, and low platelets can also be a result of an infection, or a problems with your liver and kidneys.
