Probably no: some people have trouble tolerating some fatty foods while gallbladder is inflamed or symptomatic. Avoid high fat foods and foods that are particularly difficult to digest like broccoli and corn can be helpful. It sounds like Ur -: -fine but just lost track of Ur diet & especially exercise. I kno its hard to admit this, but the absence of Ur gall bladder has nothing 2 do with this. If U don't already have a health club membership, I rec that U join a REPUTABLE health club & hook up with an AT-C he/she will B able 2 set up a program that suits Ur needs & abilities. It should include 1 on 1 sessions 2 get familiar with it. ...Read more

Exam and blood work: Sounds like you need to be evaluated. If the pain is in the right upper quadrant that could be your liver and there can be fatty infiltration of the liver related to obesity and high cholesterol.
