Breast sz & wt loss: It will not. Exercising will help you lose weight. To specifically target weight loss to certain areas (ie just my hips) is not really possible with exercise. Reduction : Reduction or loss of nipple sensation is a complication of breast reduction surgery that may occur when the nerves that travel through the breast tissue are affected during the process of removing the breast tissue. Some temporary reduction in sensation may also occur when there is post-procedure swelling around the nerves, and this will usually resolve in weeks to months after surgery. The rate of loss of nipple sensation is quoted to be around 15%, which means that 85 out of 100 women having breast reduction surgery will maintain normal or even increased nipple sensation.
