Medication issues: I agree with my colleague on medications, sleep, and memory. Recovery from surgery certainly takes time as well. Aldactone ; your BP issues at so young an age are in the mix as well. Klonopin for sure interferes with memory; Lexapro (escitalopram) can sedate and cause trouble registering info -- resulting in poor recall later. Please tell your doc about these issues ; see a psychiatrist for evaluation as well. ...Read more

Period?: Brownish discharge is a small amount of old blood. So something bled a little and then comes out with intercourse.

If this happens monthly, this could be a small period from a small amount of endomterium (lining of the uterus) left behind after your hysterectomy.
