The flashes you have: Are not typical now but change in hormones may be creating them 4 u. Headaches provide a clue. Grind your teeth at night, have insomnia or both? If not anemic and everything ok, you could try continous ocp. Treat like pmdd, but try Cymbalta (duloxetine) 30 mg 2 weeks of the month, noerpi reuptake helps flashes more than standard ssri which may also help, cost less.
