It is not a must: Not all women experience soreness of breast during early part of pregnancy. Many actually have very little symptoms beside enlarging belly and missing the monthly period. Some have food cravings, others don't. Often some soreness of breast occur in early pregnancy, but typically improves as pregnancy progresses. So, u are fortunate to have less symptoms.
