I eat normal but i seem to gain weight with starch foods and wheat what can I eat without gaining weight

Why?: There are good & bad carbohydrates--you shouldn't avoid fruits & whole grains (which by the way are healthy choices for breakfast) just for the sake of "low carbs." by the same token you shouldn't overindulge in fatty foods just to avoid starches. Instead, minimize fats (egg yolks, fried foods) & highly salted products, limit portion sizes, & liberalize your healthy choices of lean meats, etc. ...Read more
