Do Thermobol Fat Metabolizing Tablets Work
I am an endomorph & I have been using fat burners (thermobol & cla 1000 from maximuscle) for over a year, is this ok or should I stop taking them?
Probably ok: Thermobol is vitamins and Amino Acids with antioxidant effect. Some other ingredients are there that are not well proven to benefit but probably don't hurt (eg orange peel). Cla is isomers of linoleic acid. Which multiple studies show has anti cancer properties and weight loss properties. Few studies show an increase in Insulin resistance in those that are obese. I had a stool test done becaue I had a upset stomach for awhile. My doctor put me on a pill for acid and i seemed to be feeling better. Tonight I got home from work and had a message that the fat in my stool was high. I'm worried sick..should I be?
