Poor weight gain: 10-12 kilos is weight of a one year old child. And your child is three yrs old. Well! all toddlers are active, but that does not hinder them from gaining weight appropriately. Fever once a month is also not a conern as this falls within the norms of a child this age falling sick. You need to see your pediatrician to work up for any disease/ pathology, that could be causing this. ...Read more

Not fever: Under 38c which is 100.4f is not considered fever why did you take it he could be teething but that alone would not cause a fever. If teething you are lucky as he is not showing it i would not take the temp unless the baby is showing some abnormal behavior or symptoms i assume you are following your md advice about feeding and have started solid foods good luck with your child. ...Read more
