Six Weeks Too Long: Cervical polyp? Colon polyp? Sinus polyp? Bladder polyp? Uterus polyp? Vocal cord polyp? Stomach polyp? Lolly polyp??? Well, 7 weeks is a long time for anything to bleed, let alone the base of a removed polyp. Have you been taking aspirin or Motrin? You take blood thinners? If not, get your doctor to check it out. Caused by the stool-: -rubbing on them, especially if constipated. The blood in the stool may B sporadic depending on if you R constipated on & off. A visit 2 Ur PCP will help. A good history as well as a rectal may give U the answer, or a colonoscopy may B needed. Sounds like not a lot of blood so lab work may B normal. ...Read more
