Is it more effective to exercise in the morning or at night? Also, should you exercise before you eat or after?
Depends,BEFORE MEALS: It's MUCH wiser to exercise before you eat. After eating, a large fraction of our blood supply goes to the GI tract to digest our food. This takes energy. Exercising then interferes with digestion & less blood is available to muscles. As to time of day, morning is best for weight loss, 2-6 PM for building strength. Unpredictable: the efficacy and complications of back surgery are unpredictable. They are an independent roll of the dice. The main determinant of how likely pain and other complications are to occur is how big the surgery. If one were very involed (like with additional steel hardware) and one were minimally invasive, the minimal surgery has minimal pain. ...Read more

Create own routine: First, it's not necessary to eat more than twice a day. It can be a challenge to develop a healthy eating lifestyle no matter when you work. Shift work creates health challenges so it's best to try to keep a steady schedule even on days you don't work. Does zero physical activity actually make you more prone to pvcs? I find that the more i stay home and in bed the worst they get..Am i totally off?
Shouldn't: Physical inactivity should not make one more prone to pvcs. If one is inactive and relatively quiet, one may feel them more often, as if you are busy doing something, you may not notice the pvcs. This is why some people seem to be more bothered by them in the evening getting ready to go to sleep. If pvcs are frequent, a 24 holter monitor may be important to see the percentage of pvcs. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
