It is unlikely: That an ovarian cyst will cause a UTI. However, some women may experience similar symptoms which may be mistaken for a UTI. Careful testing of the urine is required to rule out UTI. It is easy to overdiagnose UTI.

Discuss with your gynecolgist and/or infertility specialist.
