It might: Depends on cause, treatment (surgery?), etc. Maybe tests already were done or planned to evaluate for fallopian tube damage (laparoscopy, ultrasound, etc). Discuss with your gynecolgist and/or infertility specialist. Treatment?: What type of treatment? Birth control pills? If so, they are completely fine to use in that manner, though data is limited as to whether they can truly prevent cyst formation.
