Unlikely: If did the test correctly and did it a week or so after the missed period, you are not likely to be pregnant. If you do not get your period in the next 4-5 days you may wish to repeat the pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions in the kit carefully. Depends on what kind: There are many types of ovarian cyst and they all have different functions/pathologies depending on what they are. It is possible for cysts to secrete hormones that prevent proper ovulation and that might affect chances at pregnancies.
