Ihave fibromyalgia and back issues. Lately i have been having alot of anxiety. Is there a fast acting benzo that i can take with narcotics?

I have fibromyalgia, my pain has really increased. My GP will not prescribe narcotics so he upped my gabapentin to 600mg x 4. Is this safe ? Thx
