My 2 year old has red itchy spots at the base of her neck. I've checked for lice and didn't find anything. It's been there for over a month now.?
Rash: Rashes are best seen. It could be mild eczema. It could be an allergic reaction to something. A new soap or shampoo? It does not sound serious if it has been there a month. Umm, hard to say.: Skin rashes are most difficult to diagnose without actually examining them. Can you feel the rash? Is it crusted? How old is your dtr?
