Breakthrough: It's probably breakthrough bleeding, can't say for sure 'why' over the internet. 'implantation bleeding' is all the rage online now, but it's over-rated in importance. Different feeling: Usually back pain does not feel like cramping. It's either continuous, achey, or sore. Cramping pain from your period is very different. Not sure what btb means. If you're studying a lot, and under stress, and not getting much rest, you could feel achey from sitting a lot in one position without lumbar support. Cramps and running: It is difficult to say if the sensation you are describing is coming for your genital tract ( uterus etc) vs your intestinal tract. Cramping from the uterus responds very well to anti- inflammatory meds like Ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen). You may try pre- run treating yourself with one of them to see if it helps. ...Read more
