No! Scabs are body: Created bandages. While rarely covering over/trapping infection; far more commonly wall out bacteria which damage. Soap & water + very gently cleaning scab area probably OK. Soap dissolves bacterial membranes; bactericidal. But picking breaks the scab/temporary skin repair & allows more bacteria in past the protective barrier.
