Many reasons: Frequent urination can be a symptom of a urinary tract, vaginal infections or possibly pregnancy. If you are drinking caffeinated drinks or other diuretics, these may be causing you to urinate more. More serious conditions have metabolic causes. Eat sooner.: Perhaps you are waiting too long to eat and your blood sugar is dropping! Make sure to eat frequent (every 2 hrs) small meals with a combo of protein (lean meat, nut butter, etc) and complex carbohydrate (whole grain cracker, bread, fruit, veggie, etc). There is: enough fiber in a normal diet and extra fiber is really not indicated except in certain kinds of constipation! MAINTAINING a good fluid intake is more important and the natural fiber in your diet should be enough!!!
