Unlikely: Excessive amounts resulting in hypervitaminosis D can cause impairment of renal function with polyuria, nocturia, polydipsia, hypercalciuria, reversible azotemia, hypertension, nephrocalcinosis, generalized vascular calcification, or irreversible renal insufficiency which may result in death, but certainly not with your having taken only 2 doses of that dosage. You may need to be on an antibiotic, but mention to your doctor that you are breast feeding so they can prescribe you meds that will not affect the baby. ...Read more
