No: The gynecologist can not tell if you have ovarian cancer by looking at your cervix. Your ovaries are in your pelvis, and you would need an ultrasound to see if there are any masses that would be suggestive of ovarian cancer. Seems unlikely: Ovarian cancer would not be my first thought in someone with urinary urgency. Overactive bladder and interstitial cystitis are common causes.
