I am in Taipei for about two weeks. I have noticed my vision has changed since I have been here.  Everything is a little less focused with my glasses. Should I be worried before I go home Friday? I scheduled an eye doctor appointment on Monday.

Possible dry eye: Thankfully, there are not a lot of very worrisome causes that would cause mild blurriness in both eyes, in a period of 2 weeks. Dry eye is a possible cause - this could be caused by environmental changes as well as time spent in airplanes where the air is very dry. Try using some over-the-counter artificial tears several times a day and watch for improvement. ...Read more
