Hi, I am a freshman at highschool and I have not started puberty and i think that is a problem. I have no underarm hair, leg hair, or facial hair. My penis is 2 1/2 inches erect and it makes me have very low confidence.
Hair and my voice is only a little deep. but I have got visibile hair growth on my legs and pubic region(a lot), what else happens in puberty?

I have a lot of ingrown hair bumps on the back of my leg, what causes them and how can I get rid of them? P.s. I don't shave that area of my leg.
Ingrown hairs: Try to exfoliate and moisturize the skin with 1/2 cup of sugar in 1/2 cup olive oil. while in the shower. Shower, apply let stand 1-2 minutes rinse off.
