Lasers, but...: A dermatologist with a laser, or you with a bottle of quinone bleach and a lot of patience, can remove freckles. My question is whether this is what you want. Manychildren & adults love their freckles, and someone who likes you may like your freckles as distinctive for you. Sunscreen, but...: Everybody should use sunscreen and this will make your freckles less prominent. If you're naturally a freckler, you may try having them lasered off but results will be so-so. Freckles: Freckles don't need to be treated. However they can be treated with a ndyag q switched laser. I have successfully removed 1000's of freckles from redheads with irish ancestry that don't want them. It is important to be sure they are truly freckles and not dysplastic nevi.
