Have someone look: It is either a skin (scalp) problem or muscle spasms such as neck. Have someone look and tell you if there's a rash or redness or hair loss. Otherwise pinch your shoulder and neck muscles to see if you get the same burning pain. In a 30 yo woman a diagnosis is Trigeminal Neuralgia is not terribly common but the symptoms descibed are consistent with that diagnosis. There is a work up to be done, but this will get initiated by a neurologist. TN is more common >50yo and in women.

You may have a condition called phimosis--the foreskin is too tight forming a ring around the head (glans penis) during an erection. Because it isa too tight, blood does not circulate normally and thus can cause symptoms you mentioned. This is treatable. I recommend seeing doc for eval.
