Do Dietary Changes Greatly Affect Digestive System
Ever since I used an enema my Bowles have changed. It's always green with a strong smell and never brown anymore. Did I mess up my digestive system?

Hello for about 2 weeks almost ive had a changed in my digestive system i have the urge to poop very often but when i go only a little comes out or i just pass gas a lot and sometimes liquid or water stools not sure and then thats it my body tries to pus
Need more info: What signs are you noticing that lead you to the conclusion that you are not digesting food? Whole food in your stools (bowel movements), such as corn, raisins, etc are relatively common if you don't chew your food completely. This is not necessarily a bad sign. If you are having lots of undigested food in your stool, particularly if it's running quickly through your body, may be other issues. ...Read more
Eat a healthy: Hi fiber diet, drink 80-100 ounces of caffeine free/alcohol free fluids daily, 20 oz extra per 30 minutes of strenous exercise. And never do any of those colon cleansing scams. Any fluids: That are caffeine free and alcohol free; 80-100 ounces per day. High fiber foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and salads. But be sure to be drinking the fluids.
