Small salivary gland: What you're seeing is normal anatomy -you probably never looked this close at the underside of your lip. There can be many small salivary glands there that look frightening because we're just not used to seeing it... Hard to tell: Is it itchy or painful? Were you sick? Have you had cold sores in that area before? The only way to be sure is to have your doctor look at it. Either way it's not serious.
