My lower stomach hurts a lot for the past days and I keep having blood clots coming out for me and it hurts my lower back too?

More detail: The question is too vague to be able to answer. If you are sexually active and not using birth control and condoms, I would suggest a check for pregnancy and STIs. Is this the time for your menstruation? I assume the blood is coming out vaginally, but your question does not specify. if you refrain the question, it might be answerable. Muscle or tendon: Probably a muscle or tendon injury. An injury to the Achilles tendon or calf muscles can give similar symptoms. Tightness may indicate edema or hematoma in deep soft tissues (ie: muscles). Sometimes a knee injury with a joint effusion can be the cause.
