Is it any use to use any of the facial products containing vitamins/antioxidants that supposedly claim to prevent or take away wrinkles?
Some work: Most over the counter products provide hydration and moisture to the skin. Some have retinol that helps with wrinkles. Vitamin c products are also helpful. But to truly get rid of wrinkles, prescription strength products, medical grade chemical peels and laser or dermabrasion may work better. ...Read more

Is it safe to take anti oxidant pills containing beta carotene, selenium and zinc for more than one month?
Extremely safe: Selenium and Zinc are essential nutrients with many proven health benefits. We need to either take them as supplements or get them from diet to be healthy. Many people don't get adequate amounts in their diets. Beta carotene is a precursor of Vitamin A, another essential nutrient, and is also safe to supplement, but I feel that a mixed carotenoid complex has more benefits than beta carotene alone. ...Read more
