Diaper rash: Some wipes have soap, fragrance and alcohol. These can irritate their skin. However, this is more like an irritation type rash. It could also be an allergy to the wipes. It could also be just from urine or BM. Switch to a sensitive skin soap and a soft baby wash cloth, till it's clear. If this doesn't work, have it looked at. Not advisable: There is much folklore surrounding the use of urine as a cure-all, but little evidence of any benefit. Urine should be sterile and not cause disease, but there are much better treatments for both oral thrush and acne. Baby acne does not need treatment and will go away on its own. Soap & H2O better: (I am not a pediatrician, but I am a father.) Neonatal acne does not normally leave scars. It usually goes away on its own.
