My stomach grumbles all the time especially when I'm in class and when I lay down to sleep at night. One reason for this may be because I feel very ga?

Gas: Hi TPierce,
Sorry to hear you are feeling uncomfortable. I hope I am interpreting your usage of the word "grumbling" correctly, but it is a normal thing to feel and merely indicates that your intestines are contracting or moving — as they should.
