Not everyone thinks massive musculature looks nice (some might even be jealous). But do you generally put down other people's achievements? Do you tell other athletes 'It's not worth it?' Instead, why not just say 'You must work hard.' ...Read more

How come kids don't snore but adults do? What changes happen to make us snore and why are some people louder than others?

Kids do snore too: But reasons for snoring in kids are bit different, although overweight/obesity with more fat deposition in the neck area is the main reason adults snore, in kids this is less common than enlarged adenoids that can block the airways partially and cause snoring. Either way, weight reduction if overweight/obese at any age is needed to control snoring together with treating the enlarged adenoids ...Read more

You : You should give your child's doctor a call and ask for a referral to a child psychologist, psychiatrist or behavioral specialist. You are not alone in dealing with your son's behavior (i have had many parents come to me with similar situations and concerns to yours). A behavioral specialist can help find better ways for your son to express his feelings and for your family to cope with his outbursts. They may be able to suggest new ways of dealing with his behavior. There will probably not be any quick fixes, but with continual therapy and consistent parenting, he will improve over time. Good luck! ...Read more

Anger: If you are resentful about your upbringing and moody and anxious and angry without an adequate outlet you might want to discuss this with a therapist, your religious leader, a close friend or acquaintance.
