Many possibilities: Why vivitrol to begin with? Either hx of drugs or alcohol both if which affect the liver as does vivitrol or by vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). Need more info: Do you have any symptoms? Why were these tests done? How long as your ASO been 405? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, in isolation your test results are okay.
