DNA breakage: At the end of the day, it's really the structure and functioning of sperm dna that has to be "normal" for an egg to fertilize in ivf. IVF with aCGH: Unfortunately, even after PGS and transfer of normal embryos, the cycle may not work. However, a lot has to do with the quality of the embryos transferred.
