Gout: Since gout is an extreme form of inflammation, topical anti-inflammatories are usually not sufficient to quell the inflammation. Oral or injectable medicines are more appropriate. If I strained/sprained my Achilles tendons 10 years ago and they still get achey sometimes, is there anything I can do about that? Cause for concern?
