Low BP and dizziness: You blood pressure, and more important, your pulse change when you stand up. Your pulse increases by about 50% and your BP falls. You may be dehydrated and, if you were, when you blood was taken, you would not have normal labs. I would go to an er and get assessed. Your rapid pulse when you stand could be the sign of some significant fluid volume deficit or some anemia. Read more

Left lower side pain: For a woman there are only so many problems this can be. See your doctor for an exam. Have your urine checked for stones or infection, make sure your bowel is healthy and your L ovarian system. These may require other investigations. Test blood sugar: You need to see your doctor to do blood studies. It sounds like Type 2 diabetes and your sugar intake is creating problems. Yes: This is obviously not normal. It is impossible for anyone here to know if this is caused by a drop in blood pressure or perhaps an irregular heart rhythm (which could be dangerous), but you should see a good doctor for an evaluation to find out why this is happening. Read more

Positional vertigo: Sounds like you may have gotten a little roughed up in at least one of the rides and developed positional vertigo. Little stones in your balance devices behind your ears loosened and are causiing you to get dizzy. This is a benign entity and will eventually go away. Read more

Dizziness: Dizziness can mean 1 of 2 things; lightheadedness & vertigo. Lightheadedness is feeling like you're about to faint or pass out & may get nauseated. It is relieved by lying down. It is not serious & usually is caused by drop of blood pressure or blood flow to head when u get up too fast. Vertigo is feeling like you or surroundings are moving, as if u r spinning or falling.
