That's orthostasis: The positional vertigo you describe is called orthoststic hypotension. When going from sitting to standing, there is a transient drop in blood pressure as gravity pulls the blood down. To compensate, blood vessels squeeze and your heart beats a little harder/faster. Possibly: Not clear about internal brain bleeding part of yr question? If u have vertigo and serious brain pathology has been ruled out by yr doctor, u can try b-complex and magnesium supplementation. Max dose mag would be approx 700mg twice daily.
