Thoughts...: If you're having a significant amount of diarrhea and nausea so that you're not taking in the same amounts of fluids, you could be dehydrated (which will cause the fatigue and dizziness). A viral illness could cause your symptoms but so can other infectious or inflammatory processes. I'd be concerned about fatigue and dizziness along w/ diarrhea, and it's best to get checked out. ...Read more
