Possibly migraines: Jimmy appears to have migraine headache. Many times associated with headaches are pain behind the eyes, nausea, vomiting, blurry vision, bothered by light. I suggest you ask your doctor to send you for a brain MRI because your doctor wants to be sure that other causes of nausea and eye pain are ruled out. Possibly presbyopia: The most common explanation would be presbyopia, or the need for near vision glasses. At your age i would expect you to need glasses for near or computer work, if you aren't already it will present as blurry vision at near.
